This Cookie & Local Storage Policy explains how The Visionary Platform Ltd (“Stride”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage and device storage) when you use the Stride website and application (the “Service”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
- Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser.
- Local / session storage is a browser mechanism that stores small amounts of data on your device.
- Device storage (in the mobile app) holds your settings and a secure login token on the device itself, rather than as a browser cookie.
We refer to all of these together as “storage technologies”.
2. What we use and why
Stride keeps its use of storage technologies deliberately minimal. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not build advertising profiles.

We do not use storage technologies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or selling data.
3. Mobile app
The Stride mobile app does not use browser cookies. It uses your device’s secure storage to keep you signed in and to store preferences (theme, units, language). You can clear this by signing out or removing the app.
4. Managing storage technologies
- Browser: you can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary storage will stop parts of the Service from working (e.g. staying signed in).
- Analytics: where required, we ask for your consent before any non-essential analytics, and you can withdraw it (see the Privacy Policy).
- App: sign out or uninstall to clear stored data on your device.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves (for example, if we add new analytics tools). We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
