This page is a prominent, standalone statement of the animal-health limitations of Stride, operated by The Visionary Platform Ltd (“Stride”). It restates and sits alongside Section 6 of our Terms of Service, which applies in full.

Stride does not provide veterinary advice

Stride uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision and data analysis to generate observations, summaries, trends and estimated insights from the information you log. These features support your decisions; they are not professional advice and must not be relied on as a diagnosis.

Stride does not provide:

Observations only — not a diagnosis

Any indication, score or observation relating to injury, lameness, movement abnormality, hoof condition, wound severity, recovery, or performance readiness is an informational observation only. Features such as Gait Analysis, Stride Vision and recovery or readiness scores measure or describe; they do not diagnose, and they cannot determine the cause, severity, prognosis, or appropriate treatment of any condition.

Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable, and depend on factors such as image and video quality, lighting, angle, movement, and the limits of AI models.

Always consult a qualified professional

You must seek advice from a qualified veterinary professional or appropriate equine specialist before making any decision affecting an animal’s health, welfare, treatment, training intensity, competition participation or rehabilitation. You remain responsible for directly observing your animal and for its care and welfare.

Emergencies

Stride is not an emergency service. If an animal appears injured, distressed, ill, or at immediate risk, contact a qualified professional or appropriate emergency service without delay — do not wait for, or rely on, the Service.
