These Subscription Terms govern paid subscriptions to the Stride service operated by The Visionary Platform Ltd (“Stride”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They supplement our Terms of Service, which apply in full; if there is a conflict on billing matters, these Subscription Terms govern. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
1. Plans
Stride offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Pro and Elite) with additional features. The features included in each tier are described in the app and on our website and may change over time; we will not materially reduce the core features of a tier you have already paid for during your paid period.
2. Free trials and introductory offers
We may offer free trials or introductory pricing. Unless stated otherwise:
- a trial converts to a paid, auto-renewing subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends;
- only one trial or introductory offer may be used per person/account; and
- the terms of any specific offer are shown at the point of sign-up and prevail.
(If you do not offer trials at launch, this section can simply note that no trial is currently offered.)
3. Billing, renewal and payment
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as you choose) and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payment is taken through the applicable app store (Apple App Store, Google Play) or our payment processor. Where you buy through an app store, that store manages billing, renewals and receipts, and its terms also apply.
- You authorise us (or the app store/processor) to charge your selected payment method for each renewal at the then-current price plus any applicable taxes.
4. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice (for example, in-app or by email). Price changes take effect at your next renewal, never within a period you have already paid for. If you do not accept a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel through that store’s subscription settings; otherwise cancel in the app or by contacting us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep paid features until then, and you are not charged again after that.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; it is not, by itself, a refund of the current period (see the Refund Policy and your statutory rights).
6. Downgrades, expiry and your data
- When a paid subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.
- Paid-only features become unavailable, and any data those features produced may become read-only or hidden, but we do not delete your underlying logged data because a subscription ended.
- You can export or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Taxes
Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT or other taxes depending on the store and your location. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase that are not collected by us or the app store.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Subscription Terms in line with Section 14 (Changes) of the Terms of Service.
